Job Description

- Candidate should be BE / B.Tech chemical with 3- 5 years experience in same field.
- Preparation of Capital expenditure report for modification/up gradation/new facility project.
- Making Design philosophy for the whole project as per budget, cGMP, safety, operation, environment, sizing of major equipment & finalization of MOC.
- Process & Plant equipment designing.
- Preparation/review & finalization of process, PFD with occupancy, P & ID, Layout of plant + equipment, piping.
- Making process equipment data sheet, preparation, review & finalization of BIQ for piping materials.
- Equipment manufacturing stage inspection. (after placing order follow up for drawing & QAP, drawing & QAP approval, stage inspection of equipment).
- Co- ordination of work distribution to civil, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, HV AC & related contractor/consultant.
- Execution of plant modification/up gradation/New plant (Erection & Commissioning).
- Working knowledge of software like HYSYS, Aspen B- jac, HTRI, Advance Pressure Vessel Design.
- Working independently, building team, completing tasks against schedules, writing, editing, support skills & inventive collaboration and team work.
- Knowledge of MS- word, MS- excel, MS- power point, MS- Project.
- Working under time bound conditions without compromising the quality of work.
- Hazop studies for equipment used for process.
