Job Summary:

As a ServiceNow GRC Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with risk, compliance, and IT teams to streamline governance processes, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of GRC frameworks, risk management practices, and ServiceNow GRC modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- GRC Implementation & Configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Customize workflows, forms, and scripts to align with organizational GRC processes and requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Implement risk assessment and mitigation workflows to identify, assess, and manage organizational risks.
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Monitor and report on risk and compliance metrics to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Analyze existing GRC processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Implement best practices for GRC processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with risk, compliance, IT teams, and external auditors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow GRC, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of GRC solutions.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into risk and compliance performance.
- Use data to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive decision-making.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators to ensure effective adoption of the platform.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000, NIST) and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
