Your Role:

Teach & Inspire:

Plan and lead engaging classroom activities, Montessori lessons, and spoken English sessions.

Prepare and maintain activity plans and learning materials for hands-on, child-centered education.

Champion Inclusion:

Observe, assess, and document children's development, preparing detailed progress reports for parents.

Design and implement IEPs for neurodivergent children, ensuring every child's strengths are nurtured.

Support teachers and parents with practical strategies for inclusive learning.

Collaborate & Grow:

Work closely with educators, families, and colleagues to create an inclusive and strengths-focused culture.

Who You Are:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Human Development, or related fields (B.Ed).

Strong interest in Early Childhood Learning and inclusion, with a desire to make a difference.

Outgoing, confident, and able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Freshers or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
