Job Title Assistant Accountant Job Summary Infinity Polyrub a leading manufacturer of Rubber Components for the Automotive Industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of quality management at our plant The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations industry standards and regulatory requirements This role requires a strong background in quality control process improvement and a deep understanding of the automotive manufacturing sector Key Responsibilities 1 Ensure that the company complies with all applicable financial regulations such as those stipulated by the Companies Act Income Tax Act GST laws and IATF standards 2 Coordinate with auditors for both internal and statutory audits ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards 3 Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and all financial transactions such as journal entries accruals and adjustments 4 Manage the entire invoicing process including generating reviewing and issuing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner 5 Ensure that invoices are generated in line with contracts customer orders and delivery confirmations 6 Ensure compliance with applicable GST TDS and other tax regulations for invoicing and ensure accurate tax invoices are issued 7 Implement procedures to minimize invoicing errors and manage invoicing discrepancies by coordinating with the sales and delivery teams 8 Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices 9 Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to manage inventory levels 10 Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate any variances 11 Ensure accurate payroll processing overseeing the calculation of salaries bonuses and statutory deductions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Experience Accounting 2 years Required Work Location In person
