About the Role We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic educators to join our team as Coding Instructor for students in the K-12 segment Grades 1-12 The primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality engaging and interactive lessons in-person helping students develop strong foundations in coding and computational thinking Key Responsibilities Teach coding in a clear interesting and engaging way to K-12 students in a physical classroom setup Deliver content across different formats to support various product offerings and learning objectives Innovate and suggest creative methods to teach concepts and solve problems to enhance learning outcomes Conduct research to ensure concepts are taught in the most effective and age-appropriate manner Take ownership of lesson delivery from ideation to execution Requirements Bachelor s degree or equivalent mandatory Passion for teaching coding to children is a must Must have knowledge of at least one programming language e g Block Coding Python Java C etc 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred though freshers with strong teaching potential are encouraged to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability to dynamic classroom needs and evolving curriculum A growth mindset with a keen interest in continuous learning Proficiency in English to teach students from diverse backgrounds Willingness to travel to the assigned teaching location Preferred Skills Prior experience in content or curriculum development Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams Job Type Full-time Pay 8 926 71 - 46 907 97 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
