Tally Hospital Software Executive Location Shree Balaji Nursing Home Bhubaneswar Job Type Full-time On-site Day Shift About the Role Shree Balaji Nursing Home is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Tally Hospital Software Executive to join our administrative team This role combines accounting precision with hospital management efficiency ideal for someone who can balance numbers and patient data seamlessly You ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records managing hospital billing software and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts and reception departments Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting operations in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime including vouchers journal entries and ledgers Manage hospital billing software patient registration billing discharge summaries and reports Maintain accurate records of cash credit and insurance transactions Generate daily weekly and monthly reports for management review Assist in insurance billing and cashless claim processing Coordinate with the reception pharmacy and accounts team for accurate data entry and reconciliation Prepare documentation for audits and internal verification Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and proper backup of hospital records Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Hands-on experience with Hospital Management Software HMS preferred Understanding of billing procedures ledger maintenance and basic accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel Word Excellent data management and communication skills Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment Qualification Experience Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Computer Applications Accounting or a related field 1-3 years of experience in accounting or hospital billing preferred Freshers with strong Tally knowledge and learning attitude are also welcome to apply Salary 6 000 - 20 000 per month commensurate with experience and skills Work Schedule 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Benefits Training support on hospital management software Exposure to hospital administration systems Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity for long-term growth within the organization About Shree Balaji Nursing Home Shree Balaji Nursing Home is a 29-bedded multispecialty hospital offering quality healthcare in Neurology Cardiology Gastroenterology Dermatology Urology Gynecology Orthopedics ENT Medicine Dental Maxillofacial and General Surgery We take pride in providing compassionate care supported by a highly experienced medical and administrative team How to Apply If you re passionate about accuracy numbers and healthcare operations we d love to meet you Apply directly through Indeed or send your CV to Email ID shreebalajinursinghome gmail com Contact number 8658762992 Job Type Full-time Pay 6 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule
