About the Role We’re looking for a Tech Talent Scout Intern who can help us find the right minds to build the future with us — engineers across robotics, computer vision, embedded systems, and mechanical design. You’ll: - Source and reach out to top tech talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities. - Shortlist strong candidates for robotics, vision, controls, and mechanical roles. - Write engaging outreach messages that actually get replies. - Maintain hiring sheets and coordinate interviews with the founding team. - Learn how deep-tech hiring works from scratch — from sourcing to selection. You are: - Curious about robotics, AI, and engineering. - Great at research and communication. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Excited to work in a fast-paced startup. What you’ll gain: - Direct exposure to deep-tech hiring and startup building. - Mentorship from Antropi’s founding team. - Certificate + Letter of Recommendation + chance of full-time conversion.
