Job Description Are you a recent graduate or a final-year student looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and attract top talent. You will support our recruitment process from start to finish, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sourcing potential candidates through online channels like job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. - Reviewing resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintaining and updating the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System). - Assisting senior recruiters with various recruitment-related tasks and projects. - Providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that this is a freelance or contract-based position. This offers a great deal of flexibility and is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience while managing other commitments. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Final-year students are also encouraged to apply. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. - Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Must be a resident of Kolkata.
