You will be the creative force behind our visual assets, translating complex data and business concepts into clear, compelling, and aesthetically outstanding designs across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do: - Conceptualize and Execute: Design a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media campaigns, marketing collateral, website graphics, infographics, and detailed research reports, along with branding and packaging projects. - Brand Stewardship: Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and quality across all materials while skillfully adapting style and tone for different sub-brands or campaign initiatives. - Data Visualization: Transform complex datasets and market insights into clean, engaging, and easy-to-understand infographics and presentation decks. - Multi-Project Management: Juggle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables from initial brief to final production. - Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and researchers to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives. What We’re Looking For: - Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or a corporate environment with a diverse brand portfolio. - Portfolio: A strong, polished portfolio showcasing your ability to work across multiple brands with distinct visual identities and voices. Your portfolio must demonstrate branding, packaging, and graphics work. - Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Adobe XD is a plus. - Design Fundamentals: An expert understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Strategic Mindset: The ability to think critically, understand the "why" behind a design request, and articulate your creative decisions. - Professionalism: Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
