We re looking for a talented and organized Social Media Manager to join our team In this role you ll be responsible for overseeing our social media content calendar and ensuring the consistent creation and distribution of engaging posts across all our social media platforms If you re passionate about social media have a keen eye for design and love bringing strategies to life we want to hear from you Responsibilities Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar ensuring timely posting across all platforms e g Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc Collaborate with the design team or create designs yourself if you have the skills to conceptualize and produce visually appealing and on-brand social media graphics and videos Write compelling clear and concise copy for all social media posts optimized for each platform Schedule and publish social media content using appropriate management tools Monitor social media trends tools and applications and apply knowledge to improve our social media presence Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach Ensure brand consistency in all social media communications Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and platform changes Qualifications Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Demonstrable experience managing social media content calendars and scheduling tools Strong understanding of social media platforms their respective audiences and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills A strong eye for visual aesthetics and experience with design tools e g Canva Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Bonus Points If You Have Experience with social media analytics tools A portfolio showcasing your social media content creation and management skills To Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you re the perfect fit for this role Don t forget to include links to your social media profiles or a portfolio if available Email - contact curativebites com Number - 919056661165 Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
