Key responsibilities - Sales strategy and execution:Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned area. - Team management:Lead, motivate, train, and assess a team of sales executives to ensure they meet company objectives. - Network development:Build and expand the distribution network through dealers, distributors, and cooperative societies. - Customer engagement:Promote agricultural products directly to farmers, agri-retailers, and institutional buyers through field activities and promotional campaigns. - Market analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy and pricing. - Relationship building:Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders. - Inventory and logistics:Manage stock, ensure proper allocation, and coordinate with logistics to manage inventory efficiently. - Reporting:Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
