Position Overview We are seeking an experienced full-stack production engineer to join our team in a critical role managing production environments and full-stack development operations. Important: We only hire candidates based in Manipur. Job Details - Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office - Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, 6 days per week - Working Hours: 9 hours per day Required Qualifications Experience - 4-5 years of hands-on production experience - Proven track record in full-stack development and production support Technical Skills - Full Stack Development: Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies - Jira: Advanced knowledge of Jira for project management, issue tracking, and workflow management - GitHub Copilot: Working knowledge and experience using AI-assisted coding tools Key Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain production environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime - Develop and deploy full-stack applications and features - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner - Utilize Jira for sprint planning, task tracking, and team collaboration - Leverage GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and code quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Implement best practices for code deployment and version control Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who thrives in production environments, can work independently during evening hours, and has a strong foundation in full-stack technologies with excellent problem-solving abilities.
