Job Description

We have an opening for Area sales executive with Distribution company.

Location - Pisoli and Uruli kanchan

Experience - 7+ Yrs ( FMCG experience )

Overall Job Objective (Purpose):

The ASE is the leader of multiple hubs & branches and is accountable for the overall sales. He is like a general

manager sales responsible for planning, deploying and executing Joint business Plans & driving resale capability.

The Sales Manager will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals and build a winning

organization. He will be instrumental in achieving the Distributor's Vision, by ensuring sustainable and profitable re-sale operations.

The Sales Manager will achieve all of this by Leading / Managing & Motivating a high performance organization.

Requirements:

Education: Post Graduate /Graduate + Diploma in Sales/ Marketing/ 1 st class Graduate, Working knowledge of Computers.

Experience: 8 -10 years of relevant experience (will be relaxed for Post Graduate), must have experience in a Leadership role

handling a team of high caliber people.

Language: Fluency in English and Local language.

Key Criteria: Strong Leadership skills, Strong Initiative & follow through skills, Exceptional Thinking Problem solving skills,

Working effectively with others and highly effective trainer.

Age: 35 to 40 years
