Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations of the training and placement teams. - Implement and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Deriving meaningful insights after the completion of the interview process - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development. Skills - Proven track record in effectively managing day-to-day operations within an educational or training organization. - Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. - Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of professionals.
