User Experience Design Specialist role requires you to provide product usability evaluation and support to product development teams including the analysis and investigation of applications systems possess and to continuously sharpen your ability to think beyond the obvious Core tasks include Creates evaluates and modifies prototypes to support evolving software application development Develops user profiles with emphasis on human error control display issues visual interaction physical manipulation and task and objective analyses Assists in developing design concept and implementation providing input on user design considerations Develops and applies software design usability processes in the investigation of technical problems Produces specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for product in development Role ExpectationsAccountability Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks Directed in several aspects of their work More straightforward tasks are years as a Product or UX Designer preferably in a SaaS consumer app or enterprise software company with a strong portfolio showcasing professional interaction design Experience working in large geographically dispersed product-driven environments xc2xb7 Mobile AI User-Centered DesignExpertise in designing web and native mobile iOS and or Android experiences AI-powered products and features and applying user-centered design UCD principles xc2xb7 Design Process Tools DocumentationSkilled in writing design specifications narratives and annotations including accessibility considerations for web and mobile and proficient in standard UX tools like Figma Sketch or similar xc2xb7 UX Best Practices AccessibilityDeep understanding of UX principles mobile-first and responsive design and accessibility guidelines to create inclusive user-friendly experiences Responsibilities Able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemaps user flows customer journey maps wireframes mock-ups and prototypes Expected to design the overall functionality of the product and to ensure a great user experience iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences Facilitate the client s product vision by researching conceiving sketching prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to provide our customers with fresh friendly and simple user experiences no matter their function or role within the application Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly
