Job Details:- location : Mumbai Mode Of Work : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Experience : 6-8 yrs Type Of Hire : Contract to Hire JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description:- Job Title: Oracle Financials GL, AP, FA Functional developer Location: Pune, India Experience Required: 610 years Primary Skill: Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payables Fixed Assets (Functional Expertise). Should have experience on oracle on prim and cloud. Exposure to capital market is a must ________________________________________ Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Financials Functional Expert with deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end functional solutions, supporting business operations, and driving continuous improvement across financial systems. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of financial processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Lead the configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials modulesGL, AP, and FA. Translate requirements them into system solutions. Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design to align Oracle Financials with business needs. Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components). Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to finance teams. Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements. ________________________________________ Required Skills Qualifications: 610 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, with strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, and FA modules. Proven experience in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and post-production support. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Oracle EBS R12. Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ________________________________________ Preferred Attributes: Oracle Financials certification(s) in GL, AP, or FA. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization. Familiarity with integration tools and reporting platforms (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI). Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies
