Job Information Date Opened 07 23 2025Industry ManufacturingJob Type Full timeCity UdaipurState Province RajasthanCountry IndiaZip Postal Code 313004 Location - Udaipur or nearby region Key Responsibilities o Conduct testing of incoming raw materials and finished cables as per IS 694 IS 1554 IS 7098 and relevant IEC standards o Ensure all quality checks are performed in accordance with Indian and international cable testing standards o Maintain and update Quality Assurance Plans QAPs test reports and quality records o Prepare and manage documentation required for BIS License renewal and surveillance audits o Coordinate with NABL-accredited laboratories for external testing and manage related documentation o Support internal quality audits and ensure ISO 9001 2015 and other applicable quality system compliance o Ensure all quality procedures and lab practices meet required safety and regulatory standards Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cable quality testing and documentation Proficient in testing cables as per IS IEC standards IS 694 IS 1554 IS 7098 etc Sound understanding of BIS certification product marking and renewal processes Familiar with ISO documentation QAP preparation and quality reporting Working knowledge of NABL lab procedures test result interpretation and standard compliance Strong communication skills and attention to detail Good command of MS Office and ability to generate technical reports Preferred Qualifications B Tech in Electrical Mechanical Electronics Familiarity with international cable standards such as IEC 60227 IEC 60502 etc Experience in coordinating with third-party inspection agencies and BIS auditors
