Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Bengaluru, karnataka India
Shift: Night Shift ( on-site role)
Experience: 6 months- 3 years in sales, customer support and client facing roles.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills (especially spoken english) are also encouraged to apply.
Experience interacting with international clients/ customers is a plus.
Salary: 35 LPA+ performance based incentives
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Education Advisor will be responsible for providing educational consulting services to students and parents. Day-to-day tasks include offering guidance on educational programs, assisting with admission processes, and providing customer service. The Education Advisor will also be responsible for communicating effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( mandatory as you'll interact with US clients)
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site location in Bangalore.
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 6 months - 3 years sales experience ( freshers with excellent Communication skills can also apply)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
- Highly ambitious, target driven, and immediate joiners preferred.
