Business Partner – Stakeholder

The Business Partner plays a critical role in enabling strategic alignment between KBS and its business units ensuring high-quality service delivery stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement This role acts as a key liaison between KBS operational teams and frontline area leadership driving collaboration resolving escalations and supporting transformation initiatives The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with a strong background in stakeholder management project leadership and a proven ability to drive results in a dynamic environment Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Business Development Work with leadership to define and execute the business partnership strategy Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and create new collaborations that align with the company s strategic goals Analyze market trends and partner performance data to inform business decisions and optimize partnership outcomes Communication Collaboration Facilitate clear concise and timely communication between all stakeholders including senior leadership technical teams legal and marketing Prepare and deliver compelling presentations reports and updates on project status and partner performance Translate technical and business requirements into a clear actionable plan for various audiences Champion a collaborative and transparent working culture across all teams involved in partnership projects Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with frontline units area controllers and functional leads Act as a trusted advisor proactively identifying business needs and aligning KBS capabilities to meet them Facilitate periodic business partnering calls and governance meetings ensuring alignment on priorities performance and identify new opportunities for collaboration Monitor and manage stakeholder escalations ensuring timely resolution and communication of root cause analyses RCA in collaboration with Quality teams Project Management Support and lead strategic initiatives such as automation digitalization and process simplification across functions e g R2R S2P S2C contributing to KONE strategy and achieving KBS targets Overseeing end to end of new intakes from interest from units to successful transition timely billing to units and stable operation communication to business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver success stories and showcase impact through Lean UX and capability uplift programs Track and report on project milestones risks and outcomes using executive dashboards and traffic light indicators Utilize project management methodologies e g Agile Waterfall to ensure efficient and effective project delivery Core Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Project planning and execution Escalation and change management Communication and presentation skills Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field 10 years of experience in years of experience in a business development partnership management or project management role Experience in shared services or global business services GBS environments Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow Power BI and automation platforms Strong experience on preparation of executive presentations Exposure to finance processes R2R S2P S2C and operational governance Preferred Attributes Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to navigate complex organizational structures Comfortable working in a matrixed multicultural environment Passion for continuous improvement and employee development At KONE we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual Employee engagement is a key focus area for us and we encourage participation and the sharing of information and ideas Sustainability is an integral part of our culture and the daily practice We follow ethical business practices and we seek to develop a culture of working together where co-workers trust and respect each other and good performance is recognized In being a great place to work we are proud to offer a range of experiences and opportunities that will help you to achieve your career and personal goals and enable you to live a healthy and balanced life Read more on
