About The Role We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at OnArrival. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing fast, reliable, and visually appealing user interfaces that form the backbone of our platform. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise will help optimize performance, reduce load times, and ensure our interfaces are responsive across all devices. You will also contribute to building internal component libraries and design systems, establishing best practices for frontend development. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong command of React.js and Next.js frameworks. You should possess a solid understanding of TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and modern state management tools such as Zustand or Redux. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), dynamic routing, and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs is essential. A good grasp of performance profiling, lazy loading techniques, and responsive design principles is required to ensure optimal user experiences. Bonus points if you have worked on SDK development, Micro Frontends, or WebView-based mobile integrations. Responsibilities - Develop fast, modular, and reliable UI components using React.js and Next.js to ensure a seamless user experience. - Contribute to the development of embeddable SDKs, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and mobile-optimized interfaces to broaden platform accessibility. - Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to translate requirements into functional interfaces and ensure alignment across disciplines. - Optimize application performance by reducing bundle sizes, implementing lazy loading, and achieving high Lighthouse scores. - Build and maintain internal component libraries and design systems to promote consistency and reusability across projects. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with comprehensive test coverage to ensure long-term reliability. - Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
