We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects ensuring that client requirements are met while adhering to building codes and regulations You will be responsible for creating technical drawings overseeing project progress and collaborating with contractors and design teams Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and create customized building designs and architectural layouts Develop designs while adhering to building codes zoning laws and other relevant regulations Create technical drawings blueprints and CAD models using AutoCAD Revit or other design software Supervise the execution of architectural plans in collaboration with project teams and contractors Present design concepts to clients through presentations and models Prepare cost estimates and manage project timelines Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Architecture B Arch or equivalent 3-5 years of relevant experience in architecture preferably with experience in residential commercial projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Rhino or other design software In-depth knowledge of building codes construction methods and regulations Strong communication teamwork and project management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Master s Degree in Architecture M Arch LEED Certification for sustainable design knowledge Experience in project management Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 30 months Pay 15 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience AutoCAD 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Interior design 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
