Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Career Specialist. The role involves providing career counseling, conducting skills assessments, guiding clients in career development, and offering tailored advice on job search strategies and professional growth. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with resume and LinkedIn optimization, preparing them for interviews, offering actionable feedback, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Career Counseling and Career Development - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide effective guidance - Experience with resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, or related coaching services is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred - Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting client success
