About Us:

Prodigy S.I.R.F is a leading institution dedicated to providing specialized support for children with special needs. We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Behaviour Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and develop behavior intervention strategies for children with special needs.
- Implement individualized therapy programs to support developmental and behavioral growth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers for at-home strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

MPhil in Behaviour Therapy or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with special needs (3-5 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of behavior therapy techniques and intervention strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
