Key Responsibilities - Design and develop engaging Mandarin Chinese language learning content tailored specifically for the US market. - Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive curriculum that fits within the broader language learning program. - Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, closely monitoring completion rates to enhance user retention. - Stay informed on current trends in language education to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the content and maintain user curiosity. Qualifications - Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills. - Proven experience creating engaging content for language learning, ideally within digital platforms. - Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship. - Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy. - Creative thinker who is adept at leveraging data insights to boost user engagement. - Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
