Inviting applications for the role of Management trainee- Vendor Master DataResponsibilities .Perform Vendor Master Data Management activities (vendor creation/extension/updates) using the SAP and CRM workflow tool according to the customer agreed procedures .Reception and verification of VMD requests .Check if the vendor form was accurately filled in and to build/modify the vendor in the VDM tool .Analyze completeness of VMD requests according to the SOP procedures .Initiating the vendor request and routing if for Procurement approval, if necessary .Collecting the documentation from the vendor containing all the information needed for the vendor to be implemented in the system .Answer supplier/ local business questions and advise .Build good rapport with clients/vendors, finance teams and category/commodity managers .Generating periodical and ad-hoc reports .Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts .Running efficiently internal / external customers & partners .Troubleshoot master data related issues collaborating with business and IT teams .Meet and exceed SLA and data quality / accuracy requirements .Perform master data harmonization and enrichment activities aligning to business rules .Actively participate and contribute on process improvement initiatives and project activities Qualifications Minimum qualifications .Good knowledge of English, min B2 .Experience of ERP systems as end user (SAP preferred or similar application) .Good master data management / end-to-end procurement process knowledge .Good knowledge in MS-Office .Detailed orientated .Experience and awareness of working in cross functional teams .Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadline Encouraged qualifications .Personal culture and client management expertise. .High motivation and ability to learn. .Ability to work under time pressure.
