Web Developer – Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP, jQuery, Ajax, CSS, HTML, WordPress, and MySQL, with a solid understanding of server management. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications that deliver excellent user experiences and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop responsive and dynamic websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.

· Build and maintain backend functionalities using PHP and MySQL.

· Customize and manage WordPress themes, plugins, and overall site functionality.

· Design intuitive user interfaces and ensure a seamless front-end user experience.

· Ensure website performance, speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

· Set up, manage, and maintain web servers, hosting environments, and databases.

· Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and platforms.

· Monitor and enhance website security, backups, and updates.

· Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to deliver projects on time.

· Stay current with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

· Proven 1 – 1.5 years of experience as a Web Developer or similar role.

· Strong proficiency in PHP, jQuery, Ajax, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

· Experience with WordPress development, including themes and plugins.

· Solid knowledge of MySQL and database management.

· Familiarity with responsive design, SEO best practices, and website optimization.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Salary

INR 20 - 30k per month.
