Role Overview As an AI Video Specialist / Motion Graphics Designer at Ebani Tech, you'll lead the creation of dynamic short-form videos, launch films, and campaign content that move people — and brands. Your expertise with AI-powered video tools like Runway, Descript, CapCut, and Synthesia will help bring ideas to life faster, while maintaining world-class storytelling quality. You'll collaborate closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to produce video content that captures attention, communicates ideas, and drives engagement. Key Responsibilities - Produce short-form videos, reels, PR films, launch assets, and testimonial videos using AI and traditional editing tools. - Work with creative and copy teams to develop compelling video narratives and campaign edits. - Design and animate motion graphics, titles, and transitions for brand and client videos. - Edit and finalize weekly video deliverables including product launches, social media campaigns, and internal showcases. - Utilize AI tools (Runway, Synthesia, Descript, Pika, etc.) to streamline production and enhance storytelling. - Maintain an organized video library and version control for multiple brand verticals under the Ebani Group. - Optimize videos for platform specifications (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and DOOH screens). - Stay updated with AI video trends, motion design techniques, and emerging content formats. Key Deliverables - Consistent weekly video output aligned with campaign goals. - Launch assets and product videos for new campaigns or brand rollouts. - Social media reels and performance-driven short-form edits. - Client testimonials and PR films showcasing impact and experience. - Contribution to the AI video prompt library and creative automation workflows. Desired Skills & Qualities - Proficiency in Runway, CapCut, Descript, Synthesia, or similar AI video tools. - Strong skills in motion graphics and visual storytelling. - Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic sound design. - Understanding of brand tone, pacing, and storytelling structure. - Creative eye for detail — framing, rhythm, and emotion in every edit. - Comfortable managing multiple video projects simultaneously. - Collaborative, curious, and passionate about blending creativity with technology.
