Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in exhibitions, showcasing adeptness in presenting products to potential clients to maximize sales and brand visibility. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong proficiency in sales and marketing, capable of devising strategies to achieve sales targets effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Fluency in Hindi to communicate efficiently with a wider client base. (Mandatory skill)

- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for jewelry, particularly silver, to engage clients with product knowledge.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, including setting up and managing exhibition booths efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent V Catapult at jewelry exhibitions, ensuring a high standard of presentation and communication to attract potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain extensive knowledge of jewelry products to advise and sell to clients effectively, focusing on silver collections.
- Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase product awareness and meet sales targets at exhibitions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute exhibition participation, including booth setup and branding.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through effective communication and by providing excellent customer service.
- Utilize language skills in Hindi to expand client outreach and foster relationships within diverse markets.
- Travel extensively for exhibitions, adjusting plans to meet client needs and achieving sales objectives.
- Analyze and report on sales figures and feedback from exhibitions to the management team, proposing improvements where necessary.
