Associate Manager Assistant Manager Quality Location- Kundli Haryana Exp-2-6 Years Immediate Joiner Only Qualification B E in Mechanical Electrical and Electronics Industry Preference - Manufacturing Roles Responsibility Quality Systems Development and Implementation Work hand in hand with manufacturers to establish quality control processes including incoming material inspection in-process inspection and final product testing at Vendor end to meet industry standards Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures Product Quality Assurance Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications and customer requirements Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality problems and prevent recurrence Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes Vendor Quality Management Develop and manage Vendor quality programs including supplier qualification performance evaluation and corrective action Conduct Vendor audits to assess quality systems and capabilities Ensure compliance with Vendor quality requirements Team Leadership and Development Guide and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals of Vendors Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quality knowledge and skills of the team Foster a culture of quality excellence within the organization Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards regulations and certifications e g BIS BEE IEC New Product Development Collaborate with the R D team to define quality standards and test parameters for new products Conduct pilot runs and quality assessments during the product development phase Ensure smooth transition of new products into mass production Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects through applicable problem solving methodologies Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
