the only U S airline in the top 155 TIME s award is based on three criteria employee satisfaction revenue growth and sustainability Delta s people-first culture continues to be recognized earning the airline a spot on Fortune s 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the fifth year Delta is the only airline included on the 2024 list Additionally Delta earned a coveted spot on Fast Company s list of the Most Innovative Companies climbing from its No 8 spot in 2023 to No 2 in the travel category The airline was recognized for its Wi-Fi revolution that is working to ensure the future of travel is connected About the Delta Technology Hub DTH Bangalore Delta has fast emerged as a customer-focused innovation-led technology-enabled business The Delta Technology Hub will contribute directly to these objectives About Delta Tech Hub Delta Air Lines NYSE DAL is the U S global airline leader in safety innovation reliability and customer experience Powered by our employees around the world Delta has for a decade led the airline industry in operational excellence while maintaining our reputation for award-winning customer service With our mission of connecting the people and cultures of the globe Delta strives to foster understanding across a diverse world and serve as a force for social good Delta has fast emerged as a customer-oriented innovation-led technology-driven business The Delta Technology Hub will contribute directly to these objectives It will sustain our long-term aspirations of delivering niche IP-intensive high-value and innovative solutions It supports various teams and functions across Delta and is an integral part of our transformation agenda working seamlessly with a global team to create memorable experiences for customers Key Responsibilities Design and maintain integrated data assets using SQL AWS Glue and other technologies to support analytics across digital channels Build and monitor scalable data models that reflect customer experience performance and enable strategic decision-making Ensure data quality and integrity through proactive testing anomaly detection and automated monitoring processes Develop and govern dashboards in Tableau Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to support self-service analytics and performance visibility Partner with cross-functional teams to align datasets define KPIs and ensure a single source of truth across reporting tools Manage and optimize data infrastructure within EDW including sandbox environments production tables and data refresh automation Support deep-dive analysis by writing complex SQL queries across diverse data sources e g RPAD PNR Qualtrics Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to onboard external data sources and stitch together customer journey data across channels Lead governance efforts around dashboard performance data privacy tagging fidelity and event creation for digital analytics Drive training and adoption of analytics tools across product and insights teams Partner with business analysts on the Experience Insights team to define data structures and visualization requirements for advanced reporting Support new digital initiatives with analytical solutions and dashboard development What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science data science or engineering Minimum 6 years of overall experience Experience as a tech lead with experience in mentorship and guidance task planning and delegation collaboration across teams and technical communication Expert in writing Advance Complex SQL queries with strong experience in Python NumPy Pandas and data processing tools such as AWS Glue or SAS Proficient with Tableau for advanced visualization advanced Calculations Understanding of dashboard creation in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics High attention to detail solution-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines in a fast-paced environment Embraces diverse people thinking and styles What Will Give You A Competitive Edge Preferred Qualifications Advanced expertise in Tableau including the ability to build highly functional user-centric dashboards and engineer complex calculated metrics parameters and interactivity that enable users to explore data dynamically and derive actionable insights Advanced knowledge of AWS analytics toolkit e g Redshift Sagemaker Lambda etc Prior experience with Delta or other airline or Hospitality data a plus Self-motivated and take pride in building great products for key stakeholders Resourceful in finding the data and tools you need to get the job done Not afraid to ask for help when you need it or help teammates when they need a boost Quantum Matrices ID DELJG04
