We are looking for a Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

- Collaborate with clients, product owners, and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment of requirements with business objectives.

Solution Design & Documentation

- Work with the engineering and product teams to design scalable and feasible solutions.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose system/process improvements.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and QA teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and status updates with stakeholders.
- Manage scope, priorities, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing & Validation

- Support QA teams by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that deliverables meet business needs

Project Support

- Assist Project Managers in estimations, planning, and risk identification.
- Track project progress, highlight risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT products/services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, process modelling, and wireframing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
