Role and Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Operational Efficiency:
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Support the development and execution of company-wide processes and systems.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Ensure successful completion of projects through effective planning and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the CEO.
- Leadership Support:
- Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
- Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.

Qualification:

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India or globally recognized institution.

Work Experience:

- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or in management consulting, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Prior experience in the SaaS Fintech industry is a plus.
