Role Description:

- Develop workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
- Understanding business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk) to meet the unique needs of the organization.
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho Applications

Who are we looking for:

- Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with specific expertise in Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk).
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting for Zoho customization.
- Functional understanding of enterprise software and its impact on operations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
