Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consultation and guidance to clients regarding visa processes for various countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, UAE).
- Collect, verify, and prepare required documents for visa applications.
- Fill out visa application forms and schedule appointments with embassies or visa centers.
- Stay updated with changing immigration policies, rules, and procedures.
- Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Maintain records of client documents and application statuses.
- Assist with travel insurance, foreign exchange, and other related services if required.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, or visa application centers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Business).
- 1+ year of experience in visa processing or travel consultancy preferred.
- Knowledge of various visa types and embassy/consulate procedures.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications at once.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
