- Managing the Finance and Accounts as per INDas standards
- Managing the commercial real estate business
- Ensure maintenance of books of accounts as per rules, regulation and standards
- Managing consolidation of accounts
- Preparation of monthly financial for MIS and Quarterly Results for Audit/LR
- Completion of Statutory Audit within the timeline
- Liaison with internal audit function/ auditors

The Successful Applicant

- CA is a must, with 3 to 5 years (max) Post qualification
- Prior Experience in Real Estate Industry in Commercial sector
- Prior experience in Finance and Accounts - INDas standards
- Strong hold of AP/AR/GL Accounting along with experience in audits and compliance
