About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution from planning and scheduling to completion and delivery The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background excellent leadership skills and proven experience managing technical engineering projects Key Responsibilities Lead plan and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion Develop project schedules budgets work breakdown structures WBS and resource plans Coordinate with engineering procurement vendors and construction teams Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery within cost and quality standards Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare status reports Manage risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies Ensure strict compliance with safety engineering standards and company policies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and stakeholders Facilitate documentation approvals and handover processes Drive continuous improvement across project workflows and execution Required Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical systems fabrication installation or industrial projects Excellent project management skills planning scheduling cost tracking risk management Strong leadership communication and team-management abilities Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 731 68 - 30 285 83 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
