In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, robust, and scalable software solutions within the Wealth Management Technology area of Deutsche Bank. - We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of C++ fundamentals, object-oriented design principles, and a commitment to writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. You will play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment for the Portfolio Management System within Wealth Mangement. Your skills and experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 7+ years of professional experience in C++ software development. - Excellent command of spoken and written English - Strong proficiency in C++ - Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. - Experience with data structures and algorithms. - Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel programming. - Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience with build systems (e.g., CMake, Make). - Ability to write robust, efficient, and maintainable code. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Experience in SOAP and REST WebServices - Experience in Oracle 19c database as well as good SQL Knowledge - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
