Role Overview We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Technology Head with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML systems, cloud technologies, and product development. This leader will drive the design and development of Intellectt’s AI-based products and lead the end-to-end product engineering lifecycle - from concept to deployment - across AWS, GCP, and OpenAI ecosystems. The role combines technical depth, architectural excellence, and product innovation to build intelligent systems leveraging Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, and Agentic AI models. Key Responsibilities - Lead the overall AI, Cloud, and Product Development strategy for Intellectt’s platforms and client solutions. - Drive AI product design, development, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent systems using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, and Agentic AI. - Develop and manage AI-powered products integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, and Vertex AI models. - Lead engineering teams in creating modular, microservices-based architectures for AI-driven applications. - Oversee multi-cloud architecture, including automation, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. - Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and release cycles. - Foster innovation across engineering teams by introducing new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. - Mentor senior engineers, architects, and AI developers to ensure consistent technical excellence. - Maintain strong focus on security, scalability, performance, and compliance in all deliverables. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership. - Proven expertise in Python, AI/ML development, cloud architecture (AWS & GCP), and DevOps. - Strong experience designing and deploying LLMs, RAG systems, and Agentic AI models using LangChain and LangGraph. - Solid background in end-to-end product development — from ideation to deployment and support. - Deep understanding of API design, microservices, and data pipeline orchestration. - Excellent stakeholder communication, decision-making, and leadership capabilities. Preferred Skills - Experience building AI products or platforms in enterprise environments. - Familiarity with Terraform, CDK, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and serverless deployments. - Understanding of AI governance, model monitoring, and data security frameworks. - Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and delivery excellence.
