Senior Human Resources Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:
· Own and optimize HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding across.
· Organize and maintain HRIS systems and other personnel records.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
· Provide day-to-day HR support to employees.
· Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
· Identify areas of improvement in the employee experience and partner with the HR team to develop and roll out lasting solutions.
· Remain up to date on current HR trends and developments.
· Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
· Liaising with HR and employee benefits vendors.
· Support company-wide HR initiatives and other functions as assigned.
Who you are:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of HR experience providing first-level support for employees (general HR operations, benefits, policy questions, payroll).
· Demonstrated expertise in working with global teams, particularly with regulatory systems in the UK and India.
· HRIS or systems data entry experience and management of Employee Onboarding/Offboarding
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
· Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills with great attention to detail
· Can work successfully both independently and within a team.
· Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Willingness to help where necessary.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
