🌟 We’re Hiring: Project Head at Maanavi Homes At Maanavi Homes, we blend Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design to create timeless custom furniture and interiors. With 100+ projects delivered pan India, we are now looking for a Project Head to lead our projects from planning to handover. Role: Project Head Location: Pandesara, Surat Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role in the furniture/interiors industry Key Responsibilities - Define project scope, timelines, and budgets; prepare detailed project plans. - Lead and manage cross-functional teams including design, production, and site staff. - Ensure accurate site measurements, drawings, and documentation. - Maintain quality standards through strict QC checks during production and installation. - Act as the link between design, production, and client, ensuring smooth coordination. - Manage risks, resolve site challenges, and ensure projects stay on track. - Oversee logistics, delivery, installation, and final handover. - Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare snag lists for improvement. - Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies. - Drive customer satisfaction through timely and flawless delivery. Requirements - Proven experience as a Project Head / Project Manager in furniture projects. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Knowledge of industry best practices and quality standards.
