Snaphunt is helping shape how global employers hire in the new world of remote work With Snaphunt employers can build global teams with ease by finding engaging hiring the best talent in for their business- anywhere in the world We are backed by top venture capitalists and cater to employers across the globe with jobs in 140 countries and counting We are growing quickly operate via a fully remote team and are looking to hire ambitious independent problem solvers across multiple functions to support our business growth The Role This is an exciting role where you will provide hiring expertise support to high-growth companies in different geographies so they can scale their teams quickly accurately You will liaise with senior decision-makers in different industries across countries to understand their talent needs and advise them on global talent pools as well as the appropriate hiring talent strategies to help them achieve their outcomes You will also be trained in the Snaphunt Flexpert hiring methodology use this as well as the Snaphunt platform to help companies identify top talent top permanent contract talent in line with their requirements quickly and manage all aspects of the hiring process all the way till hire This is a truly international consultative role in a fast paced environment In a single day you might be working an Australian startup on how to scaling their teams in Asia or a US fintech to scale their team globally Ideal Profile You have at least 3 years as a recruiter in a top-tier recruitment firm and or inhouse experience within a VC or a fast-growing startup or big tech where you worked on either perm or contract roles across geographies Experience in contract staffing is a strong plus You are highly goal driven fast paced and singularly focused on delivering strong outcomes to your clients You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization You have an stellar track record of success in your professional life or in your hobbies or both You will be part of a fully remote and internationally distributed team and as a result can be based anywhere -as long as you have good internet connectivity What s on Offer Join a fast growing startup that is disrupting the way people companies find hire talent Partner with global senior stakeholders to help them grow their teams globally Be part of a fully remote international team
