You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Responsibilities .Translate Domain Expertise: Convert sourcing domain knowledge into structured Agentic workflows and functional product specifications..Workflow Automation: Collaborate with sourcing category experts to identify procurement workflows suitable for automation or agentic execution..Product Requirement Documents (PRDs): Develop detailed PRDs outlining user journeys, process logic, and AI-agent interactions..Success Metrics and KPIs: Define success metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and test cases for each procurement agent..Collaboration and Validation: Partner with product managers to validate feature fit and work with data architects to ensure data alignment. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Demonstrable experience in sourcing/procurement consulting or equivalent roles, with a deep understanding of procurement processes and workflows. .Proven track record of creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and translating business needs into functional specifications. .Strong analytical skills to define success metrics, KPIs, and test cases relevant to procurement solutions. .Familiarity with AI technologies, including applied AI and GenAI, with a basic understanding of large language models (LLMs). .Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. .Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
