About Position: We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineering & Observability Architect to design and implement cutting-edge observability solutions and optimize system performance across distributed, cloud-native environments. - Role: Performance Engineering Architect - Location: All Persistent Locations - Experience: 11 to 20 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - You will architect and implement observability solutions, develop custom tools, and ensure system reliability and scalability. - Architect and implement observability solutions using OpenTelemetry (OTel), Prometheus, Cortex, Thanos, and ClickHouse. - Develop and maintain custom tools and integrations using Go and BugSnag CLI for error monitoring and performance tracking. - Design and manage performance data pipelines for real-time analytics and visualization. - Optimize system performance across microservices and distributed environments. - Implement alerting, dashboards, and reporting for proactive monitoring. - Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to embed observability in the SDLC. - Troubleshoot complex performance issues and provide actionable insights. - Drive best practices for reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance. Expertise You'll Bring: - We are looking for a highly skilled professional with deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in observability and performance engineering. - 10+ years of experience in performance engineering and observability. - Strong programming skills in Go (mandatory). - Hands-on experience with: - CLI for error monitoring - OpenTelemetry (OTel) for distributed tracing - ClickHouse for high-performance analytics - Prometheus, Cortex, Thanos for metrics and monitoring - Expertise in performance data analysis and visualization. - Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. - Experience with Linux environments, scripting, and automation. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
