- Hands on experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Hands on experience in various Video Editing Tools (Premiere pro, After Effects)
- Hands on experience with Figma
- Ideate and create the content in form of visual content and audio-visual outputs
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Portfolio of both Video & Graphics
- Video capturing, editing and curating content from video
- Understand design briefs and deliver high-quality graphics for Various Platforms
- Excellent communication skills

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Video Editing & Graphic Design using various tools.
- Ability to design and develop videos and graphics content to connect with the audiences that are most relevant to us, in a way that's relevant for them and ensure the communication is specific and meaningful.
- Bring depth to our communication on our vision and work in social edtech for underserved learners and govt schools, and build thought leadership in finer aspects of bringing universal access to education.
- You get people to enjoy reading about us and connect to our vision. You invite people to engage with our content and then take the next step in their journey.

Primary Role And Responsibilities Of This Profile

- Understand the requirements and design briefs and deliver high-quality video content.
- Be present on ground to capture the videos
- Ability to create motion graphics for video intros, transitions, and animations.
- Basic understanding of Principles of Animation
- Edit the videos and curate content from the videos as per requirements
- Work with content creator and content writer to plan and deliver the weekly tasks
- Come up with creative ways to showcase the message given by content writers and creators
- High-quality and attention-grabbing videos that grab the users attention and improve the brand's credibility
- Make Videos that reflect the vision and message of the brand, enabling followers to relate and build a relationship with the business
- Be the single point of contact for all the video & design needs in the product
- Please know that we are in a growth stage of our app and tablet based products and therefore a lot of responsibility and ownership taking work will be expected on the design front.

Secondary Role And Responsibilities Of This Profile

- Experience in designing blog headers and creatives.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
- Create Graphics for Social Media, BLOGS, Website etc
- Understanding of content marketing and the ability to develop visual storytelling graphics.
- Knowledge of social media content trends to enhance engagement on different platforms.
- Develop infographics to present key company insights in an engaging format.

As a Graphics Designer and Video Producer at iDream Education, you will be based in our office at Gurgaon, Haryana., and work closely, collaboratively with the cross functional teams to create visually engaging graphics, layouts for various media and channels, translating concepts into compelling designs, videos that build compelling impact stories, drive awareness, create brand and business value and communicate our value proposition to various target segments and stakeholders ensuring highly effective impressions. The person in this role must possess energies and capabilities to experience tremendous growth in learning, deep dive, improve, take end-to-end responsibility of the role and join hands to scale our solutions together with out team.
