Senior Graphic Designer- Crypto Startup, Bangalore

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading startup engaged in a mission to reshape the future of crypto futures trading, is keen to hire for the role of Senior Graphic Designer role with a minimum 2.5+ years of experience- excluding internship. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage projects and mentor junior designers.

Our client, a leading start-up who is on a mission to propel the widespread adoption of cryptocurrencies in India- and to reshape the future of crypto futures trading. They are the- architects of a future where financial markets seamlessly integrate with the world of digital assets.

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Execution

- Conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, Website and social media graphics, Brand identity elements (logos, style guides), Advertising materials, User interface (UI) elements

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.

Team Leadership & Management

- Assist in the management and mentorship of junior graphic designers.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.

- Help to streamline design workflows and processes.

- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and quality control.

- Participate in design critiques and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales.

- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with external vendors and partners.

- Translate marketing and business objectives into effective visual designs.

Requirement:

- Proven experience in managing design projects and mentoring junior designers.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Excellent portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

- Experience: 2-7 years of professional graphic design experience.

- Work Schedule:- Monday - Friday
