Job Description - Oversee and manage hedge accounting processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize hedge accounting practices and reporting efficiency. - Provide expert guidance and support on hedge accounting matters to internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hedge accounting solutions with broader financial objectives. - Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders. - Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure the business services remain competitive and compliant. - Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Drive innovation and process improvements within the hedge accounting function.
