Job Overview H S Immigration is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Counsellor to guide clients through the process of study visas visitor visas and permanent residency applications You will assess client profiles suggest suitable countries programs and provide end-to-end support Key Responsibilities Counsel students and clients about immigration and study abroad options e g Canada UK Australia etc Assess clients eligibility based on academic and financial background Guide applicants on admission and visa processes Assist in preparing documentation and application files Stay updated on immigration rules and program changes Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions Coordinate with admission officers and filing teams for smooth processing Build trust with clients and offer honest professional advice Required Qualifications Graduation in any stream preferred counseling education or related field 1-3 years of experience in immigration or education consultancy Good communication skills in English Hindi and Punjabi Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements Basic computer and documentation skills Preferred Skills Ability to handle calls and meet monthly targets Confidence in dealing with clients over phone Attention to detail for documentation and application accuracy Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure How to Apply Interested candidates should visit our Gurdaspur office in person with their updated CV and ask for the HR Department Office Address H S Immigration 1st floor Tibri Rd opposite New bus stand Shanker Nagar Police Line Gurdaspur Punjab 143530 Office Hours Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM - 6 00 PM Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 705 82 - 35 855 96 per month Experience immigration field 3 years Preferred Visa Counselling 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
