Job Description About The Company Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of Communications Job Description This is an operational role responsible for ensuring all legal aspects of commercial matters in that particular region are handled in a swift, efficient and cost effective manner Responsibilities Assist the legal operations team in connection with the Companys Contract Management System and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks Support on merger/demerger activities Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of network related agreements Negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution and registration of Lease-Ins & Lease-Outs Monetization Bid Process, Auction Process, Negotiation, Review, Vetting, Finalization of Drafts, Execution & Registration of Agreements/Deeds, Execution & Registration of agreements, deeds and such other documentation as may be necessary and required for a particular transaction in due adherence with the statutory regulations. Desired Skill sets Commercial Pricing Financial & Business acumen Knowledge of Data Voice & Managed services Analytical skills & Strategic acumen Strong presentation & communication skills Proficiency in using MS Excel & create iterative models
