for IDFC First BankJob Title Private Banker Partner - First Private -Job Type Full-TimeJob Category Retail BankingDepartment Retail Banking Wealth Management Sales Private Banking GroupLocation BangaloreIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker Partner to join our First Private team in the South region As a Private Banker Partner you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the South region- Understand clients financial goals and provide customized banking and wealth management solutions- Cross-sell various banking products and services including loans investments and insurance- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide them with expert financial advice- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients- Stay updated on market trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private teamQualifications - Bachelor s degree in Finance Business or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services as well as investment and insurance products- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the local market is preferred
