Job Description:
A Senior level Account Delivery Manager to manage a portfolio of predominantly India-based BFSI accounts ranging from small accounts, where there are less than 10 resources, to medium ones with 250+ resources. The individual should be passionate about delivery management and client satisfaction, and should preferably be from a technical background with experience on Agile based software development, Fix bid programs & T&M.
Required Skills:
- Experience in managing deliveries for India / Middle East based Customers and Primary experience managing Fix-bid programs.
- Good experience in delivery management on various models including ADS, AMS, T&M and Managed T&M.
- Should have strong experience working in Financial Domain.
- Good experience in heading and managing transformation initiatives.
- Manage Customer expectations and ensure high Customer Satisfaction.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth, maintain customer governance rigor, Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Review MSAs and Write Scope of Work for SOWs.
- Perform customer negotiations for establish and billing rates.
- Review customer orders, plan and coordinate delivery activities
- Manage Revenue Recognitions with a focus on Margin improvement
- Understand of Talent market and hire right resources for various positions
- Manage Employee expectations, ensure employee satisfaction, and control attrition
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
- Work with managers and leads to evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
- Manage multiple delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Oversee activities of delivery teams and provide direction and guidance as needed
- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
- Report delivery status to customers and senior management, and maintain required delivery documentations
- Understanding of technology nuances would be an added advantage
Behavioral Skills:

Certification:
